He was born in 1962, graduated from the Baltic Naval College with a degree in Sailor of the 1st Class of the Fishing Industry, served in the Navy on the US East Coast, made more than 10 coming to Cuba. He worked in the Kaliningrad base of the trawl fleet for fishing in the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. In 1994 graduated from Kiev River College with a degree in Navigation on Inland Waterways and Coastal Navigation, after which he worked as a captain in the Kiev river port in tow of BT-8 until 2013. He worked as a mechanic captain on private passenger ships along the rivers Desna, Dnieper, Pripyat, ferry lines from Kherson to Kiev. Since 2013 he drives this motor yacht
