Gift set includes Gift Certificate and a gift box.

Gift Certificate (Certificate) - a plastic card with a unique activation code, which gives the right to receive the gift service.

Gift service (Service) - a service that you can get by your Gift Certificate.  

Contractor - a legal entity or an individual who provides a Gift Service to the Gift recipient.

Gift Recipient - the owner of a Gift Certificate.

Gift certificate activation - booking the date and time of service provision and confirmation of the right of the Recipient to receive the Gift Certificate.

In case it is impossible to provide the Service due to technical malfunctions of the vessel, the Date and Time may be changed. The new Date and Time is appointed by agreement with the Beneficiary.

In case of disputable issues in receiving the service or improper performance of the service by the Service Provider, you must stop the service and call the office of RENTFLOT, providing information to the manager. We will do our best to solve all disputable issues on site, or make a decision to transfer the Service. Otherwise, claims regarding improper performance of the Service will not be considered.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Information about the Service posted on the website rentflot.ua, in social networks on the official pages of rentflot.ua Gift Certificates, as well as in other marketing materials, is reliable at the time of providing this information, and is subject to change without notice to buyers and other persons.

Photos and videos posted on the website and in other information materials are illustrative only and are of a marketing nature only, and may differ from the actual conditions of receiving a Gift Service.

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE RECEIPT

3.1 Gift Certificate activation and usage

In order for the Recipient to receive the Service, he/she must activate the Gift Certificate before the Gift Certificate expires.

The Gift Certificate can be activated by phone numbers indicated on the RENTFLOT website or on the Certificate card.

At activation it is necessary to inform the number of the Gift Certificate, which is on the card of the Certificate and the desired Date and Time of Service reception. After agreeing the desired Date and Time of Service provision, RENTFLOT's manager will confirm the Recipient the date and time or, if it is impossible to provide the service at the Date and Time chosen by the Recipient, will offer to agree another day and time of service provision.

After the final agreement, you will receive a confirmation message to your mobile phone and, if necessary, a confirmation letter to your e-mail box indicated upon activation.

Only after receiving the message (letter), the date and time of service provision are considered reserved!

The Recipient can receive the Service within one month after the expiration of the Certificate, provided that the Recipient has activated the Certificate before the expiration of the Certificate.

To receive the Service the Beneficiary must give his Gift Certificate to the representative of the Executor (captain).

3.2 Gift Certificate validity period

Gift Certificate validity period - the date until which a Gift Certificate should be activated.

The expiry date is specified on the Gift Certificate card.

If a Gift Certificate has not been activated by a Gift Certificate during its validity period, the Gift Certificate is cancelled and the Recipient is not entitled to any claims or claims for receiving services under this Certificate, but during 3 months is entitled to a refund of 50% of the value of the Certificate.

The service is seasonal, and if the season of service provision is over and the validity period of the certificate has not expired, in this case it is carried over to the next season, or the client can receive a refund of 50% of the cost of the certificate.

Standard validity period of the Certificate is 8 months from the day of Gift Certificate purchase.

The validity period may vary depending on the place of purchase and month.

3.3 Date and time of receiving services

The recipient receives the Service on a day and time that has been previously agreed upon and booked.

In case of the Recipient's delay in receiving the Service for more than 15 minutes, the Recipient loses the right to implement the Certificate or the duration of the Service may be reduced.

If the Recipient fails to appear for the Service or refuses the reserved Date and Time, in such case the Recipient loses the right to receive the Service and the Gift Certificate is cancelled.  

If the Recipient cancels the reserved Date and Time within 7 working days, the Client may receive a 50% refund of the Certificate price.

The Provider may refuse to provide the Service if the Recipient does not follow the instructions of the captain, or other responsible persons of the Provider, as well as in the case if the Recipient is in a state of alcohol or drug intoxication, due to physical or mental health, has not reached the age of 18 years.

3.4. Duration of services

The duration of the service specified in the description is indicative and may vary slightly.

3.5 Dependence of the service provision on natural conditions.

Some Services are subject to weather conditions.

Dependence on weather conditions, indicated in the description of the Service.

If the Service is weather dependent, the manager of RENTFLOT can additionally confirm/restrict the possibility of receiving the Service on the appointed day.

In case of unsuitable weather conditions, the provision of the Service can be postponed to another Date or Time agreed with the Beneficiary.

If the Service has not been provided due to weather conditions, RENTFLOT will not reimburse the Beneficiary's expenses related to transportation and accommodation.

3.6 Additional conditions

In case it is not possible to provide the Service due to technical problems of the boat, the Date and Time may be changed. The new Date and Time is set in agreement with the Beneficiary.

In case of disputable questions in receiving the service or improper performance of the service by the Service Provider, you must stop the service and call the office of RENTFLOT, providing information to the manager. We will do our best to solve all disputable issues on site, or make a decision on the transfer of the Service. Otherwise, claims regarding improper performance of the Service will not be considered.

4. GIFT CARD REFUND

In accordance with the law, the Recipient may issue a gift certificate within 14 days from the date of purchase. In this case, the Recipient should provide the Commodity receipt for purchase and apply to RENTFLOT.

The Gift Certificate that the Recipient wants to hand over must not be activated and will be cancelled from the moment of return.

5. SERVICE CHANGE IN THE GIFT CERTIFICATE

The Recipient can exchange the Gift Service for any other service presented on rentflot.ua (according to the certificate value at the time of purchase).

The Gift Service can be exchanged for any other service presented on the website rentflot.ua (according to the certificate face value at the moment of purchase):

5. SERVICE CHANGE IN THE GIFT CERTIFICATE

The Recipient can exchange the Gift Service for any other service presented on rentflot.ua (according to the certificate value at the time of purchase).

The Gift Service can be exchanged for any other service presented on the website rentflot.ua (according to the certificate face value at the moment of purchase):

  • for the service of equal value - without extra charge
  • for a service that is more expensive than the Gift Service, with a surcharge of the difference
  • for the service, the cost of which is lower than the Gift service - with the difference compensation

In case of service replacement, Gift Certificate and Unique Activation Code remain the same, only the Service assigned to this Gift Certificate and Activation Code will be changed.

6. LOSS OR DAMAGE OF A GIFT CERTIFICATE

If the Gift Certificate, which has not yet expired, is lost or damaged, the Recipient can restore the right to receive the Service by contacting RENTFLOT and presenting a Cheque for purchase.

In this case, a duplicate of the Gift Certificate is issued and the Beneficiary pays the cost of Certificate replacement.
